High-profile visit during Navy TECHNOFest in Zeebrugge

Last weekend, TECHNOFest took place at the Zeebrugge naval base. With this 2-day event the Belgian Navy, together with a number of Belgian high-technology companies, aims to stimulate youth interest in jobs in engineering.
From (ABC) engines to drone races and high-tech weapon technology, there was plenty to see and experience.
During the event, ABC received a high-level visit from Admiral De Beurme, Commander of the Belgian Navy, the Mayor of Bruges Dirk De fauw and the Belgian Minister of Defence Ms Ludivine Dedonder, during which we presented the unique characteristics of our innovative, future-proof and fuel flexible EVOLVE 20EV23 engine.
ABC had already been chosen for the MCMV programme and hopes to play a role in future frigates with 100% Belgian engines built in Ghent.
