Relive the Launch of the Evolve 16EV23
08 Sep 2026
At SMM Hamburg, ABC proudly unveiled the new Evolve 16EV23 medium-speed engine, completing the Evolve V engine range alongside the 12EV23 and 20EV23. The launch marks an important milestone for ABC, as the full six-model Evolve family is now complete, offering customers a future-proof and fuel-flexible engine platform for a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
Since the introduction of the first Evolve engine in 2021, ABC has developed the platform around a simple principle: customers should not have to predict which fuel will dominate the future in order to make the right investment today. The result is a versatile engine platform that combines high efficiency, proven medium-speed technology and the flexibility to adapt to different fuels and combustion concepts as requirements evolve.
For those who were unable to join us at SMM, we have prepared a short video capturing the key moments from the official launch of the Evolve 16EV23.
Enjoy!
