Anglo Belgian Corporation acquires E Van Wingen

Anglo Belgian Corporation NV and E Van Wingen NV are two innovative Belgian companies that are committed to the future of the combustion engine, for example by using advanced emission aftertreatment systems, by working with renewable fuels such as hydrogen and methanol or by increasing the overall efficiency through heat recovery / cogeneration. The many synergies between these two companies have led to the acquisition of E. Van Wingen NV by Anglo Belgian Corporation NV.
In this acquisition, synergies and complementarity are the key words. Both Belgian companies are paving the path for the energy transition, a theme that will be indispensable in the coming years and will ensure growth in its activities.
