ABC Awarded EDF Supplier Development Finisher Trophy

ABC is pleased to announce that it has been recognised by EDF’s Supplier Development (SD) programme, which focuses on fostering strong, long-term supplier relationships to support collective success, sustainable development, and enhanced performance.
On 12 November, ABC successfully completed Gate 5, marking the conclusion of a series of improvement projects overseen by the EDF Supplier Development team. Following a two-week diagnostic in May 2024, ABC launched three key initiatives aimed at improving daily operations, identifying root causes of issues, and optimising equipment performance through Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Over the course of 18 months, these projects were implemented and managed in close collaboration with EDF SD.
In recognition of these efforts, EDF SD presented ABC with the Supplier Development Finisher Trophy, describing it as “a symbol of our recognition of efforts performed and confidence that ABC will continue to embed Operational Excellence in its DNA.” EDF SD also encouraged ABC to maintain momentum with ongoing management support.
This accolade highlights ABC’s commitment to continuous improvement and sustainable performance, reinforcing the company’s position as a valued partner within EDF’s supplier network.
